Hama Dance Center is the perfect rehearsal space for dancers, musicians, and artists looking to hone their craft. Our facility is also well-suited for individuals hosting classes, workshops, and seminars.

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, Hama Dance Center asks all clients to follow the policies below.

General Policies

1. Hama Dance Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Hama Dance Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any time in the event of a policy violation.
3. All new clients are required to sign a release of liability form prior to their first booking.
4. Hama Dance Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended on the premises.
5. No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted on or around the studio premises at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal of the client and their party, along with the right to refuse future bookings.
6. Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to studio property or neighboring property.
7. All guests accompanying a client must complete a sign-in process before participating in any lesson, rehearsal, or similar activity. Clients are responsible for ensuring everyone in their party complies with this requirement.

Studio Rentals

Sessions must end on time to allow the next client’s booking to begin as scheduled.

1. Clients are encouraged to begin wrapping up 5 minutes before their session ends to allow time for proper cleaning.
2. Clients are responsible for the full session cost, even if their session ends early.
3. Auditions, ongoing classes, and filming must be pre-approved by the studio before booking.
4. A deposit is required to secure your studio time at the time of booking.
5. Any photography or filming during a session must be approved in advance. Prior consent is also required to use Hama Dance Center as a backdrop for personal projects.
6. All bookings require a valid credit or debit card, which will be charged at the time of booking to secure the requested studio time.
7. For ongoing or recurring bookings, clients must inform the studio of any alternative payment method in advance, subject to studio approval.

Cancellations

1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full session rate.
3. Cancellations can be made by phone, voicemail, or email. If the studio does not respond and the cancellation was submitted within the 24-hour window, the client will not be charged.
